I was once told by a very good friend of mine (with slightly different points of view) that I was “stalking” the President, after I shared with them a couple of his social medial posts. In one of those posts, the President shared an AI-generated video showing a Trump hotel (or maybe casino) in what he envisioned for the post-war Gaza, and him and Mr. Netanyahu having drinks, shirtless, by the pool. In the other, he praised himself for something he had done regarding the congestion pricing in New York, and ended the post with “Long Live the King.” Actually, I might had just shared the news articles reporting on those posts, since I do not have a Truth Social account myself, let alone following the President on that media.
In any case, I had promised myself to not share any social media post from the President, ever, no matter how crazy or unhinged it may sound. Not because I agreed with that assessment of my friend; after all, social media posts are not some private information about the President, and they are out there for everyone to see, or rather, the president himself puts them out there for everyone to see. But because I did not want to ever have to argue about the properness of the use of the word “stalking” in that context. But this one is too good to miss, and I simply was not able to resist the urge:

Just to be clear, this is a screen capture from a news article reporting on the post, and not me “stalking” the President. You know, if this was from any other person, especially the lying liberal media or the lunatic Jake Tapper’s book, I would say it’s fake news from the fake media. But how can I say that about a post from the leader of the free world himself? And come to think about it, it does explain somethings that I have been wondering about for the past several months. I was never able to reconcile Biden’s horrible performance during that debate with the energy and coherence in a speech he gave the next day. Now I understand. It was just a malfunction of a crappy robotic clone.
